Laurie’s mastery of stress management techniques and her thorough understanding of how stress affects our body and mind have been invaluable. As a healthcare professional I thought I knew all there was to know. I couldn’t figure out why I was continuously experiences symptoms of anxiety. I’m glad I took a chance and signed up for workshop.
